Women’s Network Worldwide Q & A Conference Policy

1.  Who Should Attend?

This one-day leadership conference is designed for women who are ready to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually. Whether you are an executive, entrepreneur, business owner, ministry leader, healthcare professional, educator, nonprofit leader, emerging leader, or simply seeking your next level of purpose and impact, this conference is for you. You will leave with practical leadership strategies, renewed confidence, meaningful connections, and inspiration to lead with greater vision, influence, and purpose.

2.  What’s Included with Registration?

Your registration includes admission to all conference sessions, keynote presentations, conference materials, and light refreshments during scheduled breaks. Lunch is on your own, allowing attendees the opportunity to enjoy nearby restaurants and continue networking with fellow participants.

3.  Arrival & Registration

Please plan to arrive 30–45 minutes before the conference begins. Early arrival provides ample time to check in, verify your registration, receive your conference materials, select your seating, enjoy refreshments, and connect with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and other attendees before the opening session begins.

4.  Dress Code

Business casual or business professional attire is recommended.

5.  Tickets at the Door

Tickets may be available at the door only if space permits. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.

6.  No-Refund Policy

All registrations are final. Due to venue, speaker, catering, and conference material commitments, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, illness, weather conditions, or travel delays.

7.  Ticket Transfer Policy

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another individual by contacting the event organizer at least 48 hours before the conference. The substitute attendee must present a valid ticket or proof of purchase at registration before admission will be granted.

8.  Event Cancellation

If Women’s Network Worldwide cancels the conference, registrants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

9.  Photography & Media

Photography and video recording may occur throughout the event. Attendance constitutes permission for Women’s Network Worldwide to use images and video for promotional and marketing purposes.

10.  Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and attending the conference, you acknowledge and agree to all conference policies. Speakers, agenda, and program content are subject to change without prior notice.
