Charlie Miles is Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Secure Community Bank and President of LenderMatch, a fintech company dedicated to connecting businesses with the right lending partners. With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, Charlie has built a distinguished career spanning commercial banking, financial technology, financial institution advisory, international business operations, and real estate development.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, Charlie graduated with the highest GPA in his class and received the prestigious Herman Crown Award. He has also completed executive education through the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Harvard University.
Throughout his career, Charlie has successfully led and advised financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and technology companies through periods of growth, innovation, and transformation. His expertise includes commercial lending, banking strategy, mergers and acquisitions, fintech innovation, organizational leadership, and business development. Manayva Balakrishnan serves as Director of the Calvary Church, Indian Chapel Women’s Ministry, in Naperville, IL, where she provides vision, leadership, and spiritual guidance to women from diverse backgrounds. Through leadership development, discipleship, conference speaking, and biblical teaching, she equips women to grow as confident, Christ-centered leaders who faithfully influence their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Since answering God’s call to ministry in 2009, Manayva has devoted her life to developing women through the transformative power of God’s Word. She leads a thriving monthly women’s Bible study, mentors women in their spiritual growth, and ministers at conferences and special events, delivering Scripture-centered messages that inspire women to deepen their faith, embrace God’s purpose, and lead with wisdom, courage, and biblical conviction.

Born and raised in the Hindu faith, Manavya experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ at the age of 15 when she accepted Him as her Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit. At the heart of Manavya’s ministry is her unwavering commitment to God and her family. She has been married to her husband Sanjay for 29 years, and together they have faithfully raised their daughter Shirin and son Anish while serving the Lord.
