Linnell Allred is the Founder and President of Women’s Network Worldwide NFP, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives, building dreams, and equipping women to flourish spiritually, personally, professionally, emotionally, physically, and financially. An accomplished executive, speaker, Bible teacher, and leadership coach, Linnell equips women with practical strategies and biblical wisdom to lead with confidence, strengthen their faith, grow successful careers and businesses, and make a lasting impact in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
With an extensive executive background in healthcare leadership, business development, operations, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth, Linnell has spent her career developing leaders, building high-performing relationships, and helping organizations achieve meaningful results. Charlie Miles is Vice President of Commercial Lending at First Secure Community Bank and President of LenderMatch, a fintech company dedicated to connecting businesses with the right lending partners. With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience, Charlie has built a distinguished career spanning commercial banking, financial technology, financial institution advisory, international business operations, and real estate development.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business, Charlie graduated with the highest GPA in his class and received the prestigious Herman Crown Award. He has also completed executive education through the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and Harvard University.
Throughout his career, Charlie has successfully led and advised financial institutions, entrepreneurs, and technology companies through periods of growth, innovation, and transformation. His expertise includes commercial lending, banking strategy, mergers and acquisitions, fintech innovation, organizational leadership, and business development. His work has contributed to the successful acquisition and growth of financial institutions while helping businesses gain greater access to capital and innovative financial solutions.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Charlie is a devoted Christian whose faith serves as the foundation of both his leadership and service. He actively supports organizations including Be Available, Feed My Starving Children, Hesed House, SCORE, and Crown Financial Ministries, where he mentors entrepreneurs and coaches individuals in biblical financial stewardship.

Manayva Balakrishnan serves as Director of the Calvary Church, Indian Chapel Women’s Ministry, in Naperville, IL, where she provides vision, leadership, and spiritual guidance to women from diverse backgrounds. Through leadership development, discipleship, conference speaking, and biblical teaching, she equips women to grow as confident, Christ-centered leaders who faithfully influence their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
Since answering God’s call to ministry in 2009, Manayva has devoted her life to developing women through the transformative power of God’s Word. She leads a thriving monthly women’s Bible study, mentors women in their spiritual growth, and ministers at conferences and special events, delivering Scripture-centered messages that inspire women to deepen their faith, embrace God’s purpose, and lead with wisdom, courage, and biblical conviction.
Manavya is committed to raising up women who not only know God’s Word but also live it with authenticity and influence. Her ministry is centered on helping women develop spiritual maturity, strengthen their relationship with Christ, and become effective leaders who serve with humility, integrity, and excellence. Her teaching combines biblical truth with practical application, equipping women to navigate life’s challenges while remaining firmly rooted in their faith.
Her own life is a powerful testimony of God’s redeeming grace. Born and raised in the Hindu faith, Manavya experienced a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ at the age of 15 when she accepted Him as her Savior and was filled with the Holy Spirit. That defining moment transformed the course of her life and ignited a lifelong calling to share the hope, freedom, and love found only in Christ.
At the heart of Manavya’s ministry is her unwavering commitment to God and her family. She has been married to her husband Sanjay for 29 years, and together they have faithfully raised their daughter Shirin and son Anish while serving the Lord. Her life reflects the belief that women can faithfully answer God’s call to leadership while building a Christ-centered marriage, nurturing a strong family, and remaining deeply devoted to their relationship with Him.
