Led by founder and president Linnell Allred — a speaker, leadership coach, and mentor with a background in healthcare leadership and business development — we’ve grown into a faith-centered community where women are encouraged, equipped, and empowered to flourish in every season of life.
We host a range of events built around leadership, healing, and purpose: signature leadership conferences like She Rises & Rebuilds, our monthly Breaking Free to Flourish series (virtual gatherings on spiritual renewal, emotional freedom, and personal growth), corporate and professional development programs, wellness sessions, community outreach nights, and regular Facebook Live meetups.
