Linnell Allred is the Founder and President of Women’s Network Worldwide NFP, a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching lives, building dreams, and equipping women to flourish spiritually, personally, professionally, emotionally, physically, and financially. An accomplished executive, speaker, Bible teacher, and leadership coach, Linnell equips women with practical strategies and biblical wisdom to lead with confidence, strengthen their faith, grow successful careers and businesses, and make a lasting impact in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.
With an extensive executive background in healthcare leadership, business development, operations, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth, Linnell has spent her career developing leaders, building high-performing relationships, and helping organizations achieve meaningful results. Her unique ability to integrate executive leadership principles with biblical truth enables her to connect with professionals, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, executives, and women seeking greater purpose, influence, and personal growth. She is also completing certification as a Sanctuary in Trauma (SiT) Trainer, with anticipated certification in August 2026. This Christ-centered, trauma-informed training reflects her commitment to creating safe, restorative environments where women can experience healing, renewed hope, and lasting transformation through biblical principles and practical tools.
Through Women’s Network Worldwide, Linnell leads transformational leadership conferences, executive coaching, leadership development programs, community initiatives, and weekly and monthly Bible studies designed to help women deepen their relationship with God while developing the confidence, character, and leadership skills to flourish in every area of life. Her teaching is practical, encouraging, and action-oriented, equipping women to apply biblical principles to leadership, business, relationships, and everyday decisions.
